Our firm is hiring a BDM to join our inside sales team. The successful candidate should have experience in managing team, we’re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of incentives/bonus. We are seeking experienced Team BDM, but if you only have inside sales experience, we are willing to talk to you.
• Handle a specific portfolio of 30 to 50 sales executive with target of 600+ accounts.
• Responsible for achieving the financial goals and objectives outlined by the Company
• Develop strategies the team will use to reach goals: Percent past due objectives
• Participate in process improvement ideas, and support other management directives as prescribed
• Produce daily weekly and monthly reports as requested by management
• Maintain strong communication with Sales, Customer Service and Sales Management
• Handle data entry and general clerical tasks as needed
• Train, coach, develop new joined executives/TL.
